SharePoint Page Tree Groups News Posts by Date (WikiPakk Update)
The latest WikiPakk release v2.10.0 adds an often-asked-for feature: automatic grouping of news posts by date (as known from Confluence).
Here’s a sample page hierarchy, covering news posts from several years. Those have been automatically grouped based on their publishing date:

The page tree shows years and months that had news published in. You can drill down accordingly.

The page tree will also show whether a news post is a draft or not.
The page tree is still fully compatible with multilingual news pages, using the out-of-the box feature of SharePoint that is based on creating a different page for each language.
