WikiTraccs Licensing Info
License Price and Page Count Tier
The price of a WikiTraccs license can be seen on the Pricing page. Choose the right Page Count Tier for the to-be-migrated source Confluence instance.
The Page Count Tier is the overall number of pages in the source Confluence instance. This is not the number of to-be-migrated pages, but all pages in Confluence.
Terminology Note
“Pages” means all page-like contents like blogposts, whiteboardss, databases etc. Attachments are not meant. Here’s a definition: Glossary.Determining the Number of Pages
Here’s how to determine the number of pages in your Confluence instance: Getting the Confluence page count. On the Pricing page, use the Page Count Tier dropdown to choose the right option for your source Confluence instance.
After choosing the Page Count Tier, the license price will be shown.
Validity Period
Each WikiTraccs license is valid for half a year (6 months).
You can migrate any number of pages, spaces, attachments, and file sizes, as long as the number of unique pages fits into the Page Count Tier (see previous section). So, you can re-migrate content as often as you like. There is no counter that decreases with every migrated page.
To cover a period of more than six months, you purchase multiple licenses. The validity period will be six months multiplied by the number of licenses. So, to cover a period of one year, you would purchase two licenses.
Page Count Tier Upgrade
If you find to have a higher overall number of pages than expected during the migration you might upgrade the license to a higher Page Count Tier.
The base upgrade price will be the price difference between the two Page Count Tiers. The upgrade price will include an administrative overhead fee equivalent to 9.3% of the base upgrade price to cover processing and management costs.
