Data Processing Agreement - WikiPakk
This article is a resource where you can find information about DPA-related topics for WikiPakk.
You do not need a DPA for normal use of WikiPakk.
WikiPakk is a SharePoint Framework app that runs inside the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant and keeps all content there. I do not host, access, or receive production content. For regular operation I am not a processor. Contract and contact details are handled controller-to-controller.
Product network interactions for transparency:
- Limited technical requests are sent to my web services for license-key refresh and version update checks. Data points include the old license key (for refresh), the installed app version, and the caller’s IP address. Requests are routed via Cloudflare and processed on Microsoft Azure in West Europe (Netherlands). These transmissions do not involve your production content. (Privacy Policy)
If you choose to send support artifacts such as log excerpts or screenshots, I act as a processor only for those materials under your instructions. Artifacts are handled in Exchange Online with data stored in Germany and are deleted within 30 days after issue resolution.
If you require a support-only DPA for this narrow scope, see the template available here: WikiTraccs Data Processing Agreement
